Pawan has over 12 years of management consulting and industry experience working for various public listed and private companies across Malaysia, Singapore, India, Middle East, UK and Australia.
His experience spans across various industries including banking and financial services, retail and consumer, telecom, oil and gas, aquaculture and industrial products
He specialises in Working Capital Management, Business Turnaround, Procurement Transformation, Strategic Sourcing and Cost Reduction, Zero-Based Budgeting, Digital Source to Pay (S2P) advisory, SAP ARIBA customization.
Ganesh is a Director in PwC Malaysia. He has over 20 years of experience in Transaction Services and was once a CFO for a public listed entity.
His experience spans across various industries including Retail and Consumer, industrial and consumer products, trading, manufacturing, utilities, telecommunications, hospitality and oil and gas support services.
Ganesh was also on a secondment programme with PwC Transaction Services team in London, UK. Whilst in London, he was involved in a number of large cross-border transactions servicing both private equity and multinationals.
He specialises in working capital optimization, working capital reviews and financial and tax due diligence.
Neo Chun Keat, CFA, is currently a Digital Product Specialist in Maybank. In his current capacity, he is leading the development of a comprehensive ecosystem of innovative financial product and advance digital channel to serve better the Malaysian SME and consumers. Prior to joining Maybank, Neo started his career in KPMG Business Advisory practice, advising financial institutions on various facets of Basel implementation. Neo graduated from University of Malaya with a degree in Actuarial Mathematics and Finance. Besides being a CFA charterholder, he is also a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM®) by the Global Association of Risk Professional ("GARP") and a Chartered Banker by AICB and Chartered Banker Institute.
